This quick basic sea kayak safety and boat handling course is aimed for you, who want to get self-sufficient concerning basic pair rescues, self rescues and basic boat handling. This class or similiar skills together with previous kayaking experience and navigation skills are considered as minimum criterion for renting sea kayaks without a guide. We concentrate on the following during the 3-4hrs class: One self rescue method (getting back into your kayak after a capsize) One pair rescue method (getting a capsized kayaker back into a dry kayak) Forward paddling Basic, proficient maneuvering strokes Basic support brace Wind, waves and hypothermia Location:According with your wishes Duration: 3-4hrs Price includes: A nice and skilled sea kayak instructor, quality sea kayaking equipment Price:75€ / person ( when booking your own course, minimum price is for 2 persons) What to bring: A full change of clothes For who: No previous kayaking skills required Group size:2 to 6 persons Languages: English, Swedish, Finnish
